Shipping

We deliver across Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania.

Orders are dispatched via parcel locker or courier services (including Omniva). Shipping options and calculated rates are presented at checkout based on your selected delivery address and preferred method.

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days following dispatch. Should any unexpected delay arise, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity.

Returns & Withdrawal

As a private consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.
